This stunning Lagoon 630MY power catamaran was built in 2018 and spent the first half of her life with very little private use in Florida, preserving her exceptional condition. Acquired by the current owner in November 2021 and relocated to the British Virgin Islands (BVI), she has been meticulously maintained by a dedicated full-time captain who treats her as his own, ensuring she looks and runs excellent.
This galley-down, 4-cabin owner's version maximizes luxury and space. The expansive starboard aft owner's cabin features a generous bathroom and a separate shower with direct cockpit access for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The full galley in the port aft hull frees up the salon for lounging and entertaining as well as a complete full helm station out of the elements. The fly bridge is a sight to behold, offering panoramic views, ample lounge areas, and twin helm stations.
The owner's layout typically appeals primarily to families rather than high-turnover party groups, minimizing charter wear and tear. With just three light charter seasons in the BVI—limited to eight charters per season—Philotimo remains in pristine condition, in a condition that would rival a private yacht.
Equipped with the upgraded Volvo Penta D4-300 engines, joystick steering for effortless docking and controls at both helms as well as the Nav station in the salon that enables the skipper to navigate out of the elements on extended cruises. The upgraded long-range fuel capacity of 5,000 liters (1,321 US gallons), offers an impressive range of approximately 4,800 nautical miles at an optimal cruising speed of 6 knots, or 3,300 nautical miles at 8 knots. With a fresh water capacity of 960 liters (254 US gallons) and a 280L/h (74 US Gal/h) watermaker on board, this vessel is perfectly suited for extended transoceanic voyages, combining power, efficiency, and ample tankage for long-distance cruising.
This is a preliminary listing. Currently in summer storage in Grenada, 'Philotimo' will return to the BVI mid November, at which point updated photos, a more detailed inventory and a full 360° virtual walkthrough will be available. A haul-out for insurance and BVI inspections is scheduled for late November, offering a convenient window for pre-purchase surveys. Inquire for more details.

Owners Comments
I was thrilled to find this Owners Layout Lagoon 630MY in 2021! She had been a 'dock queen' in South Florida. I lucked out and hired the best captain that treats the boat as his own, taking exceptional care of her. We took her down to the BVI where we love to hang out and decided to do a bit of chartering here to offset some of the cost of ownership and to put some extra money in my captains pocket. Also good to have the boat moving as I am a busy guy and can't be there using the boat as often as I would like. We cap the charters at 6 PAX and only 8 a year so really hard to call her a charter boat. She remains in excellent condition and really has the feel of a luxury villa on the water. He extra fuel capacity is also a luxury and opens up your cruising range to explore islands way off the beaten path! We will miss our Philotimo and we hope the next owner enjoys her as much as we have.
