This Catana 582 is a top-of-the-range catamaran built by the French shipyard Catana in 2005, renowned for its high-performance and robust multihulls. This iconic model perfectly combines comfort, autonomy and speed. Thanks to its tapered hulls, its liftable daggerboard and its construction in composite materials (glass/foam/carbon sandwich), the Catana 582 offers excellent performance under sail, including upwind.
With a generous width of 9.10 meters and a length of 17.80 meters, it offers ample indoor and outdoor living areas. The layout favors offshore sailing with plenty of storage space, a spacious galley, a bright panoramic saloon and several comfortable cabins, configured in four double cabins with four shower rooms.
Designed for long crossings, this model has a large water and fuel capacity, as well as complete equipment for autonomy: solar panels, 18 KW Kholer generator, water maker, etc.
