The Beneteau Cyclades 50 is a remarkably capable bluewater sailing yacht that blends offshore performance with exceptional volume, comfort, and reliability. Designed by Berret–Racoupeau and built by Beneteau, this model has earned a strong reputation worldwide as a robust, go-anywhere cruising platform equally suited for extended ocean passages, liveaboard life, or crewed charter operations.
With her solid fiberglass hull, moderate displacement, and well-balanced sail plan, Astrid delivers a reassuring motion at sea and predictable handling in a wide range of conditions. Her hull form provides excellent directional stability and efficiency under sail, making long passages comfortable and confidence-inspiring. The deck layout is practical and secure, featuring wide side decks, strong lifelines, ample handholds, and a spacious cockpit designed for both safety offshore and relaxed socializing at anchor.

And I separated Captain’s quarters, also with its own head/shower. Making her ideal for large groups. And big family outing. The saloon offers a welcoming living space for long-term cruising, while the functional galley is well-suited for preparing meals underway or at anchor.
As a bluewater vessel, Astrid stands out for her simplicity, durability, and ease of maintenance. Systems are straightforward and accessible, a key advantage for owners planning offshore passages or extended time away from marinas. Her engineering reflects Beneteau’s long experience building ocean-capable yachts designed to be sailed and lived aboard with confidence.
