Main Description

Renowned for her balance of performance and comfort, the Jeanneau 36i is an ideal size for both coastal cruising and longer passages. She’s easy to sail short-handed yet offers the speed and responsiveness that the Jeanneau I performance line is known for.

Loreli represents a rare opportunity to own a modern performance cruiser at an excellent value. With a little sail maintenance, she’s ready to provide her next owner with countless adventures on the water.

Loreli, a beautifully maintained 2011 Jeanneau 36i featuring the desirable two-cabin layout, perfect for cruising couples or small families. Combining Jeanneau’s hallmark performance with comfort, this yacht offers an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a well-equipped and upgraded cruiser.

Unfortunatley Loreli was demasted in hurricane Irma where she was stored in Virgin Gorda Boat Yard. The current owner installed a carbon fiber mast in 2025 The yanmar diesel engine only has about 32 hours on the hour meter. The interior is very well kept with much of the finishes in like new condition.

This boat is somewhat of a fixer upper but she sails and runs just fine now! With minimal work you can make her perfect for your new endeavour. Some of the improvements that most buyers would have done to this vessel would be cleaning the sails, purchasing a dinghy, upgrading electronics (including the autopilot control which is not working), and adding dinghy davits and solar.

Owners Comments and Boat History

The owner purchased her as a minor project and is selling because he has too many boats at the moment. He loves that the interior is in great cosmetic shape and that the engine has low hours. He likes that she sails well too.

Ex moorings charter vessel. Was demasted during hurricane irma in Virgin Gorda Boat Yard in 2017. She stayed in the boat yard ever since until her current owner purchased her in 2015.
