2021 Bali 4.2 | 4 Cabins / 4 Heads | Generator | Air Conditioning | Watermaker | US Spec

Exceptionally well equipped for both private cruising and charter use, this 2021 Bali 4.2 features the highly desirable 4-cabin / 4-head layout, plus two additional crew forepeaks.

Key Equipment

  • ONAN 9 kW generator
  • Air conditioning throughout all cabins
  • Twin 45 HP Yanmar engines
  • Full US-spec 110V electrical system
  • Raymarine 15” touchscreen chartplotter at the helm
  • Secondary Raymarine 7” chartplotter/GPS at the chart table
  • Electric-flush heads
  • Aquabase low-consumption watermaker

Currently operating in charter, the vessel remains in active service under professional management. A comprehensive phase-out survey and full phase-out from the charter fleet are scheduled for November.

Discussions are underway with the charter operator to deliver the vessel with a complete cushion inventory and in mechanically proven, handover-ready condition, giving the next owner confidence as she transitions from charter into private ownership.

The Bali 4.2 is particularly well known for its exceptional use of space and indoor-outdoor living. A watertight door provides direct access from the galley to the forward cockpit, seamlessly connecting the living areas without the need to go forward on deck.

At the stern, Bali’s trademark tilting aft door opens the saloon completely to the cockpit, creating one large social and entertaining space. Combined with the forward cockpit and generous lounging areas, the result is an exceptionally open and versatile 42-foot catamaran.

Well equipped, professionally managed and aggressively priced for today’s market, this Bali 4.2 represents an excellent opportunity for a buyer looking for maximum cruising capability and living space at a competitive price.

Owners Comments and Boat History

The current plan is to complete a comprehensive phase-out from charter beginning in August; however, the vessel can be released from the fleet immediately if desired. We are in active discussions with the charter company to ensure she is delivered with a full cushion inventory and presented in mechanically proven for handover to her next owner.

She is actively chartering and has proven to be a very popular model within the fleet thanks to her spacious layout, solid sailing performance, and excellent onboard comfort.

This Bali 4.2 was factory-built by Catana Group in Tunisia to a private owner’s specification and delivered in 2021. She was ordered in the sought-after 4-cabin / 4-head layout and equipped from new with the factory Excellence Pack along with a comprehensive selection of upgrades including generator, air-conditioning, solar, 110V electrical system and upgraded Yanmar 45HP engines.

Following commissioning, the vessel was shipped from Europe to the Caribbean (Guadeloupe) and subsequently delivered onward to the Bahamas then brought to BVI region, placing her directly into warm-water cruising service from new.
